Free Fall Printables: Cozy Banner & Autumn Wall Art
I love decorating our home for fall, but I don’t love feeling like I need to buy something new every year to make it feel special. Some of my favorite seasonal touches are the simple ones—the things I can make with supplies I already have tucked away. If you’re looking for free fall printables to add a little seasonal coziness without spending much money, I think you’re going to love this little collection.
This little Fall Village banner began when I had the idea to create a row of charming imaginary fall stops—Pumpkin Patch, Sunflower Market, Orchard Apples, Harvest Festival, and Birdsong Hollow—and turn them into an easy printable banner that could be clipped onto a piece of jute with mini clothespins.

And, because apparently I couldn’t stop at the banner, I made two coordinating pieces of printable wall art, too. 😂 The result is a whole little Fall Village Printable Collection that you can use together or mix into the fall decorations you already have.
Best of all, the printables are free, and the rest of the project can cost very little—or nothing at all—if you shop your craft stash first.

🍁What’s Included in the Free Fall Printable Collection
I wanted this little collection to give you more than one way to add a touch of fall to your home. Whether you have a whole mantel to decorate or just a little corner that could use some autumn coziness, you can use the pieces together or separately.

Inside the free collection, you’ll find:
- A five-piece Fall Village banner featuring Pumpkin Patch, Sunflower Market, Orchard Apples, Harvest Festival, and Birdsong Hollow. Print the cards on cardstock and hang them with jute, twine, or ribbon and mini clothespins.
- A coordinating 5×7 art print featuring a pumpkin and lantern with the words, “Autumn is an invitation to slow down.”
- A coordinating 8×10 art print featuring a sweet embroidered cottage scene and the words, “There is beauty in the simple things.”
Print all three for a coordinated little fall display, or simply choose the pieces that work best in your home. I especially love the idea of tucking one of the art prints into a frame you already have—or giving an inexpensive thrifted frame a quick makeover.
Granny Says: Don’t toss those supplies when fall is over! Slip your banner cards into a large envelope or folder to save for next year, then tuck away the jute and mini clothespins too. I’m creating coordinating printable collections for each season, so you can reuse the same twine, clothespins, and picture frames again and again—just swap in the new seasonal pieces.
✂️ How to Assemble Your Fall Village Banner
Creating this little fall banner is as simple as print, cut, clip, and hang! The beauty of this project is that you can make it as simple or as embellished as you like.
Print Your Banner Cards
Begin by printing the Fall Village banner cards on white cardstock. Cardstock will give the pieces a little more weight and help them hang nicely from the jute or ribbon.

Cut Out the Banner Pieces
Carefully cut around each banner card. I used a paper cutter for straight edges, but a good pair of scissors works just fine too.
Don’t worry if every cut isn’t perfectly exact—once the cards are clipped onto the jute, the handmade charm is part of the beauty!
Add Your Jute, Twine, or Ribbon
Cut a length of jute, twine, or ribbon to fit the space where you plan to display your banner. Leave a little extra length on each end if you would like to tie loops for hanging.

Clip and Arrange Your Banner
Use mini clothespins to attach each banner card to your jute or ribbon. Space the cards evenly, or have fun creating your own arrangement.
I love the sweet, simple look of the little clothespins, but you can easily customize your banner with supplies you already have on hand.
Hang and Enjoy!
Find a cozy spot to display your Fall Village banner and enjoy your little corner of autumn.

When the season is over, tuck your banner cards away in an envelope or folder so you can enjoy them again next year. Save your jute and clothespins, too—you can reuse them for future seasonal banners!
Granny Says: No mini clothespins? No problem!
Punch two small holes near the top of each banner piece and thread them onto jute, twine, or ribbon instead.
🎨Make It Your Own
One of the things I love about a simple project like this is that you don’t have to make yours exactly like mine. I’m planning to tie a few little scraps of lace between some of my banner cards, but you can have fun using whatever you already have in your craft stash.
You could add little gingham or plaid ribbon bows, jute bows, tiny faux sunflowers or fall leaves, buttons, wooden beads, scraps of lace—or simply leave it just as it is.
Adding the Coordinating Fall Art Prints
The Fall Village Printable Collection also includes two coordinating pieces of fall artwork—a 5×7 print and an 8×10 print.
To display your prints, simply print them on your preferred paper, trim along the edges if needed, and place them in a frame you already have or one you find while thrifting.

I love using simple frames that let the artwork shine. A warm wood frame, a painted thrifted frame, or a frame you already have tucked away can all create a cozy seasonal display without spending much money.
For a budget-friendly decorating idea, save your frames and reuse them with each seasonal printable collection. Simply swap out the artwork as the seasons change!
💰 Project Cost
This is a very inexpensive little fall project, especially if you already have basic craft supplies on hand. The printable itself is free, so your main costs are just cardstock and whatever you choose to hang it with.
Estimated Banner Cost: $0–$5
If you already have cardstock, jute or twine, and mini clothespins in your craft stash, you may not need to buy anything at all.
The coordinating 5×7 and 8×10 art prints can be displayed in frames you already own, inexpensive thrifted frames, or new frames if you prefer.
Granny’s Budget Tip: Before you shop, check your craft stash! Scraps of ribbon or lace, buttons, wooden beads, or little faux flowers can all make your banner your own.
🏡 Where I’m Using It
I’m hanging my Fall Village Banner across the window in our living room, with the large framed print on the shelf above it. I’m using the small framed print in a vignette in another part of the room.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of paper should I use?
I recommend printing the banner on white cardstock so the pieces have a little more weight and hold their shape when hung. The 5×7 and 8×10 prints can also be printed on cardstock or a heavier matte paper.
Can I use regular printer paper?
Absolutely. If that’s what you have on hand, use it! Your banner pieces won’t be quite as sturdy, but they’ll still work. You could also glue them to cardstock or lightweight cardboard before cutting them out.
Do I need mini clothespins?
No. I love the look of the little clothespins, but you can punch two small holes near the top of each banner piece and thread them onto jute, twine, or ribbon instead.
What size are the coordinating art prints?
The collection includes one 5×7 print and one 8×10 print, so they’ll fit standard-size frames without any trimming or resizing.
Can I save these and use them again next year?
Yes! Store your banner pieces flat in an envelope or folder after fall, and save your jute and mini clothespins for next year—or for the next seasonal collection.
