Grampy's Favorite Chocolate Cake
Moist, delicious, and oh, so chocolate-y!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp baking cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine Miracle Whip, water and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to Miracle Whip mixture and beat until mixed.
- Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Transfer to greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then remove to a wire rack.
- Flavor is best if refrigerated overnight before serving.
