Easy Marshmallow Salad
An old-fashioned Jell-O salad recipe to bring back memories of the good old days. Six ingredients and a quick prep time make this recipe a winner.

container of cottage cheese

package cherry Jell-O
(you will use 2 tablespoons, or to taste)

container Cool Whip, thawed
15

can mandarin oranges, well-drained
½
cup
chopped pecans

miniature marshmallows
Instructions
Stir the cottage cheese and cherry Jell-O together until they are well-combined. A large spatula works well for this.
Fold in the Cool Whip. Mix gently until blended.
Fold in the mandarin oranges and chopped pecans.
Cover and refrigerate for two hours.
Before serving, gently mix in the 2 cups of miniature marshmallows.
Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with extra mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of chopped pecans. Enjoy!
