Cozy Sausage, Pepper & Potato Bake (Italian Dressing Version)

Ingredients
12–14 oz smoked sausage
4
cups
diced potatoes
3 bell peppers,
sliced
1
onion,
sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½–¾ cup Italian dressing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400–425°F.
Add sausage, potatoes, peppers, and onion to a sheet pan.
Drizzle with dressing and toss.
Bake 30 minutes, stir.
Bake 15-30 minutes more.
Notes
Use regular Italian dressing
, not light — the oil helps everything brown and crisp.
If the potatoes are large, cut them into
¾–1 inch pieces
so they roast evenly.
You can use
turkey sausage
or hot Italian sausage for a different flavor.
For extra veggies, add mushrooms or zucchini during the last 15 minutes.
If you want everything extra crispy, finish the pan under the
broiler for 2–3 minutes
