About The Budgeting Granny
Hello and welcome! I’m Michelle, a wife, mom and grandma who is learning later in life how to live on a budget. I believe that everyone’s situation is unique, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” method for budgeting. It has taken time to find what works for me, and I have started and stopped a few times. But that’s okay, because I keep trying!
Home is my happy place. I’d rather be at home cooking, working on a project or doing something to make our home more “homey,” than anywhere else. I am a true homebody. Homemaking, to me, is more than just the dishes and the vacuuming; it’s about finding ways to create a home you love and a haven for your family within your budget.
This blog is a peek into my world – a place where I share my ideas, experiences, and challenges as I work toward simple homemaking on a budget.
